Silverstar evaluates opportunities through three lenses: corridor relevance, asset control and operating potential.

Corridor Relevance

Sites must sit near meaningful freight movement, including motorway, port, airport, border, industrial or intermodal corridors.

Asset Control

The holding prioritises structures that provide durable control, including freehold, virtual freehold, long leasehold and asset level operating rights.

Operating Potential

Sites must support secure yard, open storage, vehicle parking, trailer staging, fleet storage or related transport use.
